Get ready for an exhilarating and fun-filled vacation in Costa Rica! Let's explore as much as Costa Rica as possible with activities and locally-inspired experiences. Think hiking to Volcanoes, wildlife spotting on a River Safari, walking on Hanging Bridges, soaking in hot springs, horseback riding on the beach, Costa Rican cuisine...and that's just the beginning.We'll start in San José to kick off our adventure. Next, head to Arenal, where we'll hike through lush rainforests, traverse hanging bridges (they are not small), and relax in steamy hot springs beneath the towering volcano. We'll then head to Playa Hermosa to our all-inclusive beachfront resort overlooking the gulf of Papagayo. Then wrap up our adventure in an all-inclusive retreat tucked away in the jungles of Costa Rica.Special Activity (Included):MeWannaGo always includes unique experiences that are not generic to most trips. Costa Rica is no exception!  On this trip, we will go on a River Safari in one of the 5 Blue Zones of the World (Peninsula of Nicoya) while we enjoy the beautiful nature of the Tempisque River, Palo Verde National Park & Cipanci Wildlife Refuge. If we're lucky we will spot white-faced monkeys, macaws, and even a few crocodiles. We will visit a rural community and enjoy healthy dishes with locally cultivated ingredients from their small farm using unique and inherited recipes from their grandmothers.  Join us in this rare experience!Special Experience (Included):Looking to find yourself lost in the jungles of Costa Rica surrounded by nature, peacefulness, and an undeniable sense of belonging and positive energy? Galentine's Weekend in Palm Desert

I had a great time with the group and enjoyed the activities. The resort is cute, the hot pools are great. But maybe missing a bathrobe to rent? The activities were great, the aerial tram was fun and we could hike in between the snow, it was a special experience. The jeep tour in San Andreas was very interesting & fun. My wish to know more about US Nature and places is accomplished & I’m so grateful for this. Thank you.

It was a great experience with a well planned itinerary. Just the right amount of “me” time at a beautiful destination. We saw the San Andreas Fault, had a massage and facial, went to a casino and a rock concert. We had made to order food and every meal was delicious. Cindy at MeWannaGo does planning with much attention to the smallest details.

I had a great time, met some amazing like minded ladies who I didn’t know before, made some wonderful new friends. Best NYE ever, not sure how to top NYE in the Sahara Desert!

 It was nice to not have to make the vacation plans for a change, left that up to Cindy, all I had to do was coordinate my flights. 

New Years in Morocco!

It was a magical trip. Our accommodations were in traditional Moroccan Riads- with bountiful food every day. Cindy with MeWannaGo did not disappoint with our itinerary- we travelled in a modern bus with an excellent driver and our Berber guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. One of the highlights was our New Years Eve in the Sahara Desert with a camel ride on Jan 1. Morocco is a beautiful place with vast natural beauty and busy cities and really friendly people who were happy to see American and Canadian people. As a solo senior traveler- I would recommend MeWannaGo. I was well taken care of and had a marvelous experience. 

This trip was INCREDIBLE. It has the perfect mix of adventure (including jumping off high boards over waterfalls, and cruising down a river with crocodiles), culture (including museum, walking, and rum distillery tours), and relaxation & fun (massages, Margaritaville, and resort disco included!). The food was also amazing, even for a vegetarian like me. The other women on the trip and the hosts were wonderful and made the trip extra awesome. All the women were fun, kind, and great travel buddies. The host Cindy and both local hosts were so nice and worked so hard to organize all the details, going out of their way to make sure we had a full and fun trip even when the weather didn't want to support our plans. :) I love Cindy's mission of supporting local and women-owned businesses. It really made for a special trip where you felt you were seeing the local culture in addition to the fun (yes, we want fun too) highlight spots. I highly recommend taking this trip. If there's any day where you don't want to do one of the planned activities, you can also choose to hang out at the resort and just relax at the beach with some delicious food, drinks, and spa time. Tip of the day: Bring US$ in cash. Most places take it, and you'll likely want to tip most of the activity guides.

Jamaican Island Bliss

Our group had a great fun time together. Our excursions were amazing. Transportation always on time with an  expert guide. Inclusive food was always ready on time with a great variety of local cuisine . Not many hiccups on this trip. I would recommend for anyone who wants an authentic experience of your destination . 


It was overall a wonderful trip! The only thing that I was disappointed about was the resort. The lack of air conditioning and the quality of the room accommodations was not what I expected.

You and your roommate will have your own bathroom and air conditioning.

Enjoy Costa Rica in a shared room in all accommodations. &nbsp;Each room will have 2 queen or full-sized beds. We will be staying in 3 beautiful and different resorts.&nbsp; For this option for the last few nights at the hidden retreat in the 3rd resort, you will stay in a lovely room called "Om" in the main building with its own bathroom and air conditioning.

Enjoy Costa Rica in a shared room in all accommodations. &nbsp;Each room will have 2 queen or full-sized beds. We will be staying in 3 beautiful and different resorts.&nbsp; For this option for the last few nights at the hidden retreat in the 3rd resort, you will stay at a charming standalone "Jungle Cabina" in the jungle area of the property away from guests. If you are looking for a true Costa Rican experience for the last few nights this is for you. &nbsp;Although there isn't air conditioning there will be a fan. &nbsp;Bathrooms are available just a few steps away.

Enjoy Costa Rica in a single room all to yourself in all accommodations. Each room will have 1 King or Queen-sized bed. We will be staying in 3 beautiful and different resorts.&nbsp; For this option for the last few nights at the hidden retreat in the 3rd resort, you will stay in your own detached bungalow cabin. You will have your own bathroom and air conditioning.
